Our wedding and performer services are available throughout the UK and internationally.

How can I contact Fiera Dance?

For most enquiries, please use the relevant contact or booking form on our website. We aim to reply within three working days. All information about group classes, prices and the timetable is available online - we don't offer telephone consultations for group classes. For a custom wedding, performance, corporate or private package, you can call 07875 680277.

Is free parking available at Fiera Studios?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free parking is available at Empress Business Centre.Do not park in numbered or reserved bays. You must register your vehicle for every visit using the QR code at the studio or at:www.parkinggenie.co.uk/39295Parking cannot be registered retrospectively, so please complete this when you arrive.

What should I do if I receive a parking charge?

The car park and parking enforcement system are not managed by Fiera Dance or Fiera Studios. We cannot cancel, review or influence a parking charge.Appeals must be submitted directly using the instructions on the notice. The Civil Enforcement letter states that appeals should normally be submitted within 28 days through appeals.e-service.co.uk.We may be able to confirm that you attended a booked class, but we cannot confirm vehicle ownership, who was driving or whether the vehicle was registered correctly.

Is Fiera Studios wheelchair accessible?

Fiera Studios is on floor 1 and there are approximately 15 steps leading to the space. The venue is not wheelchair accessible.Please contact us before booking if you have access requirements and need to check whether the space will be suitable.

Are photos and videos taken during classes?

Accepted Answer

We may occasionally take photos or short videos during classes for Fiera Dance’s website and social media.Please email hello@fieradance.com at least 24 hours before the class if you do not want to be included.

What happens to lost property?

Accepted Answer

Lost items are kept for up to 30 days before being donated or disposed of.You can visit the studio while group classes are running and check the square storage area. We do not offer a telephone lost-property checking service.

Can a parent, carer or companion wait during class?

Accepted Answer

Parents may wait during children’s classes.For other classes, please ask the teacher on the day. Companions cannot wait inside women-only classes unless agreed in advance for a specific access reason.
