Welcome to Fiera Dance – and Fiera Studios, our home near Deansgate / Cornbrook in Manchester. We specialise in Bollywood, Bachata and Salsa, with beginners and experienced dancers equally welcome, plus women-only Bollywood, Bachata Fridays, private lessons, alcohol-free celebrations, professional performers and studio hire.

Fiera was founded by Chandni, who started dancing at 24 and firmly believes you’re never “too old” or “too late” to begin. Dance helped her build confidence, make friends and even meet her husband, and after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working in the corporate world for 12 years, she chose to leave that path to build something of her own through dance.

 

Before Fiera, Chandni took over Las Fieras, a Latin dance team that has now been running for almost ten years. Over the last five years, she has led teams and taught different styles of dance, and created multiple close-knit communities, and that experience of helping people feel confident on and off the dance floor led her to create Fiera Dance and later open Fiera Studios in January 2025.

 

Fiera Studios is designed as more than just a room with mirrors – there’s a chill-out space to sit, talk and reconnect, and a dedicated studio for classes, rehearsals and events. It’s a place for people to forget about their day-to-day troubles for an evening, move their body and meet people who love the same music they do.

 

Our aim is for Fiera to be the go-to place in Manchester for both beginners and experienced dancers in Bollywood, Bachata and Salsa – and one of the main Bollywood bases outside London, known for professional performers and carefully planned wedding services as much as for weekly classes.
