Las Fieras - Season 11

Hey there! 🎉 Thank you for your interest in joining us for the next season. We've grown significantly over the past few years, and we're thrilled that so many of you are keen on being part of our next season!

• Performance Opportunities: We get invited to perform all over the UK, and outside UK too!! 

 📚 Season 11 Training 

• Duration: 10 sessions over September, October, November & December
• Session Length: 1 hour 45 minutes each
• Focus: Learn and refine a Bachata choreography and potentially a short salsa fusion routine (around 2.5-3 mins).
• Weekly Exercises: 15-30 minute exercises to enhance posture, footwork, arms, turns, and body movement. 💃🕺

Note: Performers must know the entire choreography with music and execute it with the techniques learnt over the 10 training sessions.

 🏆 Las Fieras Structure 

We have 2 teams: Las Fieras Intermediate Team and Las Fieras Pro Team. This division enables us to tailor training sessions to each member's dance experience level and facilitate progression. Ultimately, we aim for everyone to join the Pro Team! 🌟

Regardless of experience, we will all begin in the intermediate team to establish a common foundation before advancing.

Training Sessions:

• 🗓️ Wednesdays: 25 September to 4 December (Break on 30 October)
• 🕕 Time: 8:15pm to 10pm
• 📍 Location: Studio Bee Photography Studio, 14-16 Faraday St, Manchester, M1 1BE

Photos & Videos:

• 🗓️ Sunday 1 December
• 🕕 Time: 4:30pm to 6:30pm
• 📍 Location: 0161 Studios, Unit 2, Apollo Business Centre, Ardwick, Manchester M12 6AW

 💷 Costs 

• Training Sessions: £165 for 10 sessions upfront, or £62.50 per month in 3 instalments (15% student discount available - please DM us @fieradanceuk or email chandni@fieradance.com)
• Photos & Videos: Included
• Costumes: TBC, around £25 for the costume

 ❓FAQs 

1. Do I have to perform? We will have 1-2 local performances and potentially performances outside of Manchester too. NO, you do not have to perform - joining for dance improvement, community, and connections is absolutely fine! 
2. What will we wear? For performers/video participants: Costume is TBC - we will have a dress and a trouser & top option available, skin-coloured shoes/heels. 
3. What if I miss practices? We understand people live busy lives and will not be able to make it to each and every practice! If you miss 1-2 that is absolutely fine, we will send a video with counts and music after each practice so you can catch up. 
4. The costs are too high for me, are there any other options? If you are unemployed/on benefits/have financial constraints then please do reach out and we will try our best to work something out. We're committed to inclusivity and ensuring finances don't hinder joining our wonderful community. 🥰
5. Do you have any recommendations for heels? It depends on how much you want to spend...
