🌟Workshop details:

Designed specifically for social dancers aiming to unlock their potential, this course addresses common queries such as "How can I enhance my creativity?" or "How can I differentiate my dancing from others?" The Dance Mastery program provides techniques and tools empowering both leaders and followers to better understand their bodies and cultivate a distinctive and evolving dance style.

• 1st Hour - Body Isolations - Isolating various parts of the body and learning how to control individual body movements. Having broken down the isolations individually, the next step would be to understand how we can use dynamics & musicality to enhance these movements.
• 2nd Hour - Introducing Isolations into Bachata - Once we have worked on breaking down separate body isolations & have a greater understanding of the dynamics & the importance of this, we will learn how to use said movements to instil it into bachata and also work on creating our own combinations from this.
• 4th & 5th Hour - Review of previous classes followed by Bachata Solo & Partner Work Choreo - In the final hour we will be reminded of what we worked on in the previous hours so that none of these crucial techniques will be forgotten, and follow it up with a fun solo/partner work choreo for everyone to enjoy!
