Wear comfortable clothing for free movement - trainers for the Dance Conditioning sessions. Barefoot or socks are suitable for Yoga and Movement for Wellbeing.

Chandni, a seasoned dance enthusiast, has immersed herself in the world of dance for over a decade. With expertise spanning across salsa, bachata, zouk, and Bollywood, her journey is a testament to her passion for diverse dance forms.
As the driving force behind Fiera Dance and the creative mind behind Las Fieras Dance Groups, Chandni is dedicated to fostering a vibrant dance community. Her enthusiasm extends beyond the dance floor, as she is deeply passionate about guiding individuals to unlock the secrets of better body movement. 🌟
What to expect from Chandni’s Dance Conditioning sessions:
Mastering body alignment, turns and isolations are key to becoming a captivating dancer for many dance forms. We'll focus on postural exercises, turn techniques, isolations and fluidity to add sensuality to your dance. You'll leave with a newfound understanding of how to use your body to express the music.
Rebecca
Rebecca, originally from London and now a contented Northerner, discovered the transformative power of Yoga in her late teens. After completing her Yoga Teacher training in India (Ashtanga & Vinyasa) in 2017, she embarked on a global journey, spreading her passion for Yoga. Rebecca furthered her expertise with a certification in Yin Yoga, resonating deeply with its gentle approach to unlocking emotions through the body. Yoga has been a constant companion throughout Rebecca's life, offering solace on both good and challenging days.
What to expect from Rebecca’s Yoga sessions:
In Rebecca's Yoga classes, expect a profound connection with body and mind. Through seated and standing exercises, she focuses on lengthening, strengthening, and releasing the body. While postures are crucial, Rebecca emphasises the significance of breathing as an anchor, providing insights into emotional states. Sessions involve mindful check-ins at the start, throughout, and at the end, leaving participants with a serene, connected, and present mindset. Kelly
Kelly, a vibrant individual with a cultural blend of English and Greek roots, was raised on a Mediterranean island. Her lifelong dance journey began in her early years, leading her to train in Contemporary dance and Dance Theatre while concurrently studying Psychology. Life took a unique turn, intertwining the realms of Dance and Psychology, giving rise to Embodying Health. Kelly completed postgraduate training in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, offering her a wholly new perspective on life and transforming her understanding of the mind-body connection. #EmbodyingHealth

In Kelly's sessions, participants embark on a journey of internal and somatic growth, exploring their unique experiences in a reflective space.
